A new, exclusive and revolutionary technology developed by Innuro, managed by its own software connected to the machine and based on the“Direct To Film” for the reproduction of digital textile transfers never achieved until now.

Unique Printhead Carriage
Innuro has developed an innovative printhead carriage which allows a perfect and precise printhead adjustment.

High-Capacity Ink Tanks

Ink Level alarm
The LCD touchscreen display shows the remaining ink levels per color and notifies when ink needs to be replenished. It also includes both visual and audible alarms.
Innuro Degassing System
It includes 3 degassing lines. One per each white printhead.
It eliminated the air from the circuit, avoiding issues and improving printhead performance achieving a faster production speed.
Antistatic System
It includes 2 antistatic modules in the printing carriage.
Eliminates film static, allows production at maximum quality with continuous tones and avoids banding and ghost effect.
Dryer - Infrared Heater
Adjustable digital infrared heater with ventilation at the plotter exit.
It allows perfect pre-drying of the ink, essential for an optimal and high-quality final result.
It adapts to the environmental conditions of each customer and corrects temperature variations depending on each season.
Film End Detection Sensor
Motion sensor system which controls the film roll progress. It detects the end of the film roll and prevents production issues by stopping the printing process automatically.
Prevents ink pooling which could damage the machine and prints causing high extra costs.
Control Printing Process Remotely
An integrated LED light bar indicates the printing progress at all times.
It allows the operator to monitor multiple machines at the same time and know when to collect and send more printing jobs.
Control the Status of your machines
Control the status of one or multiple machines in line and remotely through a 3 LED light system: Green, Yellow and Red.
The operator is always informed if everything everything is running smoothly, which machine needs ink, powder or film replacement and if there is any minor or major issue, allowing timely intervention.
Automatic Maintenance System
Automatically configures the number of daily printhead cleanings, their duration and the type of cleaning: Strong, Medium or Light.
Workplace Safety System
Prevents workplace hazards by automatically pausing the printing process when it detects the plotter cover is opened.
Plotter-Oven Connection System
Union Kit which connects the Plotter and Oven forming a single Unit.
Ensures a perfect alignment and stability throughout the entire production process. Avoids any incident, movement deviation of the material and printing point.

Automatic Film Feeding System
Automatically loads the printed film into the powder and drying unit, eliminating the manual process, film waste, and the risk of operator handling.
Powder Level Alarm
Powder level warning system through audible alarm and a Led lights system.
Inlet and Outlet Vacuum Suction System
Inlet and Outlet Vacuum Suction system to guarantee perfect alignment and fixation of the film throughout the whole production process. It prevents from violent film pulling after printing, protecting the final prints from damage.
Remotely Monitor the Status
Monitor the status of one or multiple units online or remotely with our 3-Led Light System: Green, Yellow, Red. The operator is always informed if everything is running smoothly, which units needs powder, and if there any minor or major issue, allowing timely intervention.
New Liquid Evacuation System
It includes a drainage and evacuation system for liquids generated during production, channeling them to a separate waste tank. This prevents issues with electronics and other components.

Film Exit Guide Tray

Includes a professional and industrial system for extracting and purifying water vapor and oil generated during production. It prevents humidity nd residues in the print, ensuring a perfect and highly durable transfer.
